Market Criteria

Golden Corral has multiple prototypical buildings based on population and market demographics. All markets require a minimum traffic count fronting the site, free-standing sites with sufficient parking, strong daytime population, and populations of over 50k in immediate area. As our capital cost increases, the demographic requirements also increase.
